A man, dressed as a women, even down to having boobs and wearing a bra, was arrested for recording women using the restroom in a Macy’s Department store in Lancaster, California.
The Left Coast is so cozy with anyone who is a card carrying victim of the so called LBGT minority, that those who really are in danger from the illogical perversion foisted upon the public, will get hurt by the policies. Such is the case in the following story.
Witnesses told police that Pomare would conceal the camera in bathroom stalls. The woman who contacted store security noticed the “recording light” on the camera. It appears Pomare was in the bathroom for around two hours, Hudson told the reporter.
On Tuesday, Pomare was formally charged with six counts of unlawful use of a concealed camera for purposes of sexual gratification. The charges are misdemeanors under California law. If convicted, Pomare could face up to 6 months in the county jail and a fine of up to $1,000 on each count. His criminal record was not released, but if he has a prior conviction on this charge, the penalties would double.
Many cities have put women and children in danger by adopting the idea that it is discrimination to not allow a transgender to use the bathroom of his/her choice. Houston is one such city that attempted to coddle this minority group of people at the expense of women and children.
The ¨Bathroom Bill¨ as it has come to be known, deleted certain measures relating to the usage of a restroom by the opposite sex to help quell protests, but still the bill allows for anyone who identifies themselves as transgender to use the restroom opposite of what what they might be ‘under their clothes’, reported Truth and Action.
It is not clear if Lancaster has a “bathroom ordinance” like the one defeated in Houston last year where men would legally be allowed to enter women’s bathrooms and locker rooms. Breitbart Texas’ Lana Shadwick covered the defeat of that ordinance in Houston. Pomare was not charged with any offenses related to being in the women’s bathroom other than the illegal filming.
The Department of Justice is behind much of the transgender push, again, disregarding the will of the people, as well as the safety of women and children, which was demonstrated to be a very real issue in the California Macy’s store bathroom. “If the Justice Dept. has their way, high schools across the country will not be able to control who uses the male and female restrooms,” wrote Truth and Action.
Even companies, like Macy’s Department store could get sued by those confused about their sexual identity and using the opposite bathroom. Truth and Action shared that, “Deluxe Financial Services, Inc, a national check-printing company will pay a transgender woman $115,000, plus issue her a personal apology and change its policies for transgender employees, under a settlement agreement approved by a federal judge in Minnesota on Wednesday.”
Perhaps the women, who were accosted by a man in drag with a video camera, should sue the State of California for its “bathroom bill” which gave this sick man access to the the women.
The absurdity in these type of bills that takes away the privacy of women for the sake of one cross-dressing individual, is insanity disguising itself as bathroom liberty for all.

I just heard a NC lawyer say 2 things. The city doesn’t have the power the write such laws. The state has a more circumspect action.
Now the Feds and Gov Coumo are taking action to force NC to change their laws. But won’t say anything concerning Cuba or many Middle Eastern countries. Where those governments kill it homosexual population. Ralph please address that issue.
