The restaurant Sneakers Bistro in Local Winooski, Vermont has removed a sign that had the word ‘bacon’ due to Muslim opposition.
In a Facebook post, the restaurant issued the following statement, ““We are here to serve people BREAKFAST, not politics. We removed the sign that was located on public property as a gesture of respect for our diverse community. There were also concerns raised about safety (emphasis added). Removing it was not a difficult decision. We still love bacon. We still love eggs. Please have the political conversation elsewhere.”
Is the ‘safety’ factor the restaurant cited due to their fear of what would happen if they didn’t remove ‘bacon’ from their sign?

If this is true, the store must be owned by Democrats and or liberals. Vermont used to be American as American gets until Republicans coward and ran off. Ever since a few Independents (means they can’t make up their minds) came in, and the Democrats took over nothing much has been right with VT. Except for my family having deep roots there and a few stragglers that held on, nothing much seems to work.
