The restaurant Sneakers Bistro in Local Winooski, Vermont has removed a sign that had the word ‘bacon’ due to Muslim opposition.
In a Facebook post, the restaurant issued the following statement, ““We are here to serve people BREAKFAST, not politics. We removed the sign that was located on public property as a gesture of respect for our diverse community. There were also concerns raised about safety (emphasis added). Removing it was not a difficult decision. We still love bacon. We still love eggs. Please have the political conversation elsewhere.”
Is the ‘safety’ factor the restaurant cited due to their fear of what would happen if they didn’t remove ‘bacon’ from their sign?
If the muslims don’t make up a large amount of your customer base the hell with their feelings.

thats the problem ,,now they know you can be pushed around,,,the sign was not needed taken down ,,and this person was wrong to do this only by her view is needed right….this is not american

Issues such as the Vermont restaurant is an ongoing problem and I predict it’s going to get worse.
I assume the owners fear property damage or worse, their lives.
My question: When will this end? Better yet, will it end?
Non-US-citizens are out of control and honestly believe their rights are preferential to ours.
Why are we allowing this to continue? What can we do to stop this nonsense?
