After a standoff lasting several hours, the suspect was shot by a sniper and is believed dead, although no official statement has been made to that effect. Due to the threat of explosives, police are currently using robots to assess if the man, who identified himself as 35-year-old James Boulware, is still alive and what maybe be inside the vehicle.
Boulware’s mother, Jeannine, declined to comment Saturday morning when she was reached at her Dallas home by phone.
“I don’t want to talk to the media. I want to talk to my son. I want my grandson to talk to his father. Do not call this number again,” she said.
The suspect’s father, Jim Boulware of Carrollton, said his son had blamed police for losing custody of his own child, who is now in middle school.
But despite previous threats of violence, he said he never expected anything like Saturday’s events.
“He blames the police for taking his son away from him,” Jim Boulware said. “I tried to tell him that the police are just doing their job.”
The suspect’s father said he saw his son Friday night and there was no indication of trouble.
He did say he had noticed a strange van, but he said his son’s plans had been to buy a van he could live in if necessary and head to a friend’s place in West Texas.

Part of the problem the United States today, is that the police officers are being used as political $#%&!@*$#%&!@*ins, the real criminals who organized crime, for their own benefit and political and financial gain, are getting away free every day. An average day American citizens are being made out to be criminals, through the camouflage of legality. Lawyers working in collusion with domestic relations, and handpicking judges who will do anything for financial gain themselves, are responsible for these incidents, they are the catalyst that caused this. The people in domestic relations and the courthouse around family law have no accountability, they do it they want with complete immunity. The truth is for every one of these incidents that makes the media, there are probably 100 more with tragic endings, usually in murder suicides. Part of the reason these things happen, is because of government’s involvement in marriage. Is a direct violation between the state and church, it is also theft by deception, the government is deceiving people by issuing marriage license, that in all reality is a surrender of your rights. A marriage license generally has no manual or list of rules, is the only license the government gives out, without any input. If you get a drivers license, hunting license, fishing license, business license, contractors license, electrical license, doctor’s license, etc. they’ll come with books of rules and regulations, how fast the drive, what’s illegal to do when driving, how much game you can take, what kind of equipment you can use to take game, what kind of structures you can build and what materials you must use, every other license comes with a manual, that describes restrictions, and penalties, a marriage license has none ? Most people do not realize, that wedding vows are prenuptial agreement, which the government does not recognize, because that would not benefit the government, lawyers, or the Bar $#%&!@*ociation !!!!! How many lawyers and judges, benefit from the liquidation of someone’s life possessions, real estate just for one, how many are involved in real estate ?
