The New York Court of Appeals overturned a woman’s conviction of manslaughter for endangering and killing her infant daughter in a car accident in 2008.
Jennifer Jorgensen was in the third trimester of her pregnancy and had just undergone a cesarean section six days before when, under the influence of drugs and alcohol, she struck another car, killing her daughter as well as both passengers in the other car.

Another selfish woman drinking while pregnant killed her unborn child and gets away with it. The spirit of Sodom and gamora.
Nether are the court they don’t have a brain. They are out to lunch.
I rule that this court is inhuman….
