The source does not mention the circumstances that prompted the issuing of this order. It is strangely bizzare. The situation in the United Kingdom seems to be worse than it appears. Why would a man be ordered to notify the police before having sex? What do the police do with this information? Why does this feel like something written by George Orwell?
