Court Orders Man To Give Police 24 Hour Warning Before Having Sex

Additionally, if the man breaches the sexual risk order before May 19, he’ll face up to five years in prison, where the sex is completely unregulated. What does that say about the state of the modern police?

The man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, must also tell officers in North Yorkshire the name of the woman he plans to have sex with before engaging in any form of sexual activity.

If the man wishes to have sex outside the North Yorkshire Police force area, he must instead contact the relevant local police force.

The man, from York, must also tell police about every device he owns or has access to that can access the internet or make contact with other people, the York Press reports.

The conditions were imposed on the man by way of an interim sexual risk order, requested by North Yorkshire Police.

The source does not mention the circumstances that prompted the issuing of this order. It is strangely bizzare. The situation in the United Kingdom seems to be worse than it appears. Why would a man be ordered to notify the police before having sex? What do the police do with this information? Why does this feel like something written by George Orwell?
