Gun owners have to be extra careful these days to avoid not only incurring the wrath of overzealous law enforcement but playing into the hands of the anti-gun crowd as well.
Case in point is Guo Shou, a Queens man who was taken into police custody after authorities exercised a warrant to search his apartment and found a massive arsenal in it. What they found was enough weapons and ammo to “take on a small army”, per Queens District Attorney Richard Brown.
Among his inventory were 14 legally-obtained handguns, 2 licensed and loaded shotguns, 1 licensed rifle and around 45,000 rounds of ammo for any number of weapons. He was also found to be in possession of parts that could be assembled into an AR-10 or AR-15 assault rifle as well as several pieces of Kevlar body armor.
While all of Shou’s equipment was legally acquired, police claimed that he failed to store it properly, thus necessitating his arrest.

This is so wrong. He needs to move to Texas.
Sorry, but I don’t want to live in an apt where my neighbor essentially has an explosives depot next to me. We recently had a firefighter get shot during a residential fire involving a large cache of exploding ammo here in AZ. Having ammo is one thing, but failing to store it safely, and having it in close proximity to what appears to be open stores of gunpowder, no thanks. Off you go in cuffs. It’s called reckless endangerment.
emphasis on: 225 pounds of smokeless gun powder stored in various containers and open to view
When will this stop?
no limit on right to bear arm’s 2nd admendment”””
The DA was a jackass for stating the issue with anti-gun spew… but the fact is that this guy didn’t secure his gunpowder correctly and he should be charged in accordance with that.
If this is actually due to possessing too many firearms and ammo, it will get overturned in court.

Not following what crime he committed? Storing ammo, buying ammo, all guns were legally owned and registered. What is the problem? There has to be more to this story than is being reported. LIBERAL PUKES
Umm he had 225 pounds of gunpowder stored in a residential location, an apartment. That is purely not safe. That is why he was arrested. Even stores that sell it are not supposed have more than 20 pounds in 1 pound containers in any given location of a store in most states. Its fire and safety code. In this case reckless endangerment. Come on, responsible gun ownership is a must, otherwise the liberals will win. And inaccurate reporting and reporting to create controversy is irresponsible and stupid, makes you look like a moron.
never buy ammo with anything but cash. dont use a debit or cradir card, its traceable
