Gun owners have to be extra careful these days to avoid not only incurring the wrath of overzealous law enforcement but playing into the hands of the anti-gun crowd as well.
Case in point is Guo Shou, a Queens man who was taken into police custody after authorities exercised a warrant to search his apartment and found a massive arsenal in it. What they found was enough weapons and ammo to “take on a small army”, per Queens District Attorney Richard Brown.
Among his inventory were 14 legally-obtained handguns, 2 licensed and loaded shotguns, 1 licensed rifle and around 45,000 rounds of ammo for any number of weapons. He was also found to be in possession of parts that could be assembled into an AR-10 or AR-15 assault rifle as well as several pieces of Kevlar body armor.
While all of Shou’s equipment was legally acquired, police claimed that he failed to store it properly, thus necessitating his arrest.

the reason for the second amendment is to protect our self from an over reaching government looks like we waited to long now the government has sole control over the people we have to get ride of the politicians every four years and make it so they can never hold another public office and when I say politicians I mean all of them from local to federal
so now you buy everything “legal” and they come and take it all away what next?? he wasn’t doing anything illegal — so he reloads does that mean no-one can have powder and bullets?? You’d have to arrest 80% of gun owners for reloading…. who are they to say how much is too much?? if he legally bought them they don’t have a leg to stand on….. would seem much more productive going after criminals than honest people you never know he may save your back some day
Is that all he had? Good thing they don’t know what (or more to the point, where) I have.
well huh; you don’t buy T P 1 square at time
So true, my friend, but we with common sense can’t get away with anything legal!!
Sounds like BS to me, too much govt going after the wrong people
this is b******t
too many people show others their guns and ammo , best no one knows nothing lol
OK kids. Disagree without the name calling. No matter if the guy was a psycho he can only effectively shoot one gun at a time. Pretty obvious he is a gun collecter and doing it legally at that. His mistake was letting anyone into his apartment in the first place. Not sure about where he is from but in N.C. an administrative warrant cannot beven used in criminal proceedings. Probably the same there and if so anything found from second search warrant, where they used admin one as p.c. to get it, is inadmissable. He nEeds an attorney and to countersue all involved……..That is common sense to me as an American citizen.
Dont forget they are under orders. A Judge or magistrate signed that search warrant. And they supposedly work for you and I.
