It is becoming routine for police in some states to collect the DNA of people at random. Referred to as “stop and spit,” the practice involves swabbing the inside of someone’s mouth then sending off the sample for analysis. The results are then stored in a database.
It’s put forth as a way of potentially reducing crime. Of course, is a complete violation of the Fourth Amendment’s protection against unlawful searches. The old Marxist propaganda of giving up one’s freedom for security is a tried and true method of collapsing a free society under despotic rule.

Wow, kinda like that new Ancestry look up where you provide some of your DNA and send it in to them and they tell you what parts of the world your ancestors really came from and all for free. Quite an under taking which someone needs to pay for. Wonder what government agency was more than happy to store all that information on you. Gotta admit it will make crime solving easier once they get a good chunk of the population stored.
