It is becoming routine for police in some states to collect the DNA of people at random. Referred to as “stop and spit,” the practice involves swabbing the inside of someone’s mouth then sending off the sample for analysis. The results are then stored in a database.
It’s put forth as a way of potentially reducing crime. Of course, is a complete violation of the Fourth Amendment’s protection against unlawful searches. The old Marxist propaganda of giving up one’s freedom for security is a tried and true method of collapsing a free society under despotic rule.

In Tennessee, for 72 hours on every holiday the THP sets up sobriety checkpoints. And if they suspect you of being under the influence, they take a blood sample. If you refuse they arrest you, impound your car and take the sample by force. Implied consent law. It has helped solve some crimes that have gone unsolved for years. I don’t necessarily agree with it. But I have nothing to hide. And I have never been asked to submit in any of these check points. They see I am sober, coherent and respond to their questions correctly and I am sent on my way in about 30 seconds, less than an minute in any of them, every time…
I mean$#%&!@*if u dont want to give DNA refuse and get a lawyer…
And those of us who have worked for the government. 3 different DNA samples are taken. Hair, blood and cheek swab. So all of us who were Military or government employees are already in that DNA database…
