It is becoming routine for police in some states to collect the DNA of people at random. Referred to as “stop and spit,” the practice involves swabbing the inside of someone’s mouth then sending off the sample for analysis. The results are then stored in a database.
It’s put forth as a way of potentially reducing crime. Of course, is a complete violation of the Fourth Amendment’s protection against unlawful searches. The old Marxist propaganda of giving up one’s freedom for security is a tried and true method of collapsing a free society under despotic rule.

That’s unconstitutional against the Law, I have no doubt that some police officers that don’t believe in the Constitution swab people , But I guarantee you one thing they only do it to people who don’t know the laws and there Constitution and civil rights let them try swabbing a lawyer or myself. It won’t happen unless they have a court ordered warrant I bet you that much, Primarily breaking the law of people who don’t know the laws using lies to get you to obey them , That’s why we have cops who investigates and Arrests crooked cops !!!
