Jamal Jones, his girlfriend Lisa Mahone, and their two children, 14 and 7, were going to a hospital to visit Lisa’s dying mother.
Cops stopped them who state that they pulled the family over because Mahone was not wearing her seat belt. After she showed her ID and insurance they asked for Jamal’s ID, who was the passenger.
Shortly after he stated he didn’t have it due to receiving a ticket, cops asked that he get out of the vehicle, which he refused to do.

He was never wearing his seat belt in the video and when a cop asks you to do something do it or that right there gives them reason to believe you are hiding something or a threat.. still no reason for tazzing him..
If you would have read the article he told them he did not have his ID.
Did his job!
We all come from different parts of the country! Every state had different laws. We as individuals fall under the state constitution of where you live! Not the federal constitution! So, when you travel know the laws of the places you go! Before we make any judgements, lets find out their driving laws in that state!
Cops can order passengers out for no reason. Per the US supreme court.
Damn. That Brad Hannah is a hater!!
Don’t ride with crazy drivers like Ronnie Elrod and this won’t happen to you.
I don’t have to show you my ID because I ain’t driving biotch.
And while bashing the cops no one realized that in the newspaper stated that he guy had active warrants.
The news is only stating where they were going to get the “awe” appeal. Where they were going is irrelevant. What the driver did is the only thing that should be discussed here. Geez.
