Jamal Jones, his girlfriend Lisa Mahone, and their two children, 14 and 7, were going to a hospital to visit Lisa’s dying mother.
Cops stopped them who state that they pulled the family over because Mahone was not wearing her seat belt. After she showed her ID and insurance they asked for Jamal’s ID, who was the passenger.
Shortly after he stated he didn’t have it due to receiving a ticket, cops asked that he get out of the vehicle, which he refused to do.

He was reaching for something so that is probable cause for him to go out of the car. He didn’t and kept arguing about it and kept reaching for something. All of this could have been avoided if he didn’t get so excited…
Ikr! Screw the constitution right! Freedom of choice! Pulled over for seat belt violation which should be a choice, police state! Say it with me, POLICE STATE!
we don’t need no stinkin id,,
the creep had no id no pass port and the police man did the right thing now deport the illegals
If I’m the driver and I’m pulled over for a traffic violation,I will comply. If I am the passenger in that same situation, I do not need to nor am I required to show ID without just cause. Being a passenger in a normal traffic violation is not ’cause’! Six weeks of academy coupled with, in some cases, a GED certificate, does not make a cop ‘highly trained’. You cannot fix arrogance and prejudice during a six week academy. Cops not only need to be better trained for field duty, they should also be made to undergo psychological evaluation to see if their fit for the job. Some feel the badge gives them a license to exert power over others, and that’s not what their paid for!
Hang him for abuse they start losing people they will start taking notice on how to do their job right.
Awful
Seat belt laws are still laws!
Since when does a passenger need to have a drivers license? If that were the case, all of our children would be felons, per 3-strike rule! We have the right to travel freely, without fear of harassment from police! Those exercising a privilege (like driving) may be requested to show a State’s permission slip (drivers license). But not those who have broken no laws!
failure to comply, the boy must have thought he was in furguston mo.
