Jamal Jones, his girlfriend Lisa Mahone, and their two children, 14 and 7, were going to a hospital to visit Lisa’s dying mother.
Cops stopped them who state that they pulled the family over because Mahone was not wearing her seat belt. After she showed her ID and insurance they asked for Jamal’s ID, who was the passenger.
Shortly after he stated he didn’t have it due to receiving a ticket, cops asked that he get out of the vehicle, which he refused to do.

They are above the law, just like the president the attorney general the Secretary of State the governors and the list goes on and on, as the old saying goes, the fish dies from the head.
Once again, missing the point people. I’ve had these same things happen to me, but if you comply there is no recourse. That’s the problem with this society, everyone on here thinks they know the law. If people would just do what’s asked of them things like this would not happen! Every video you see of someone getting abused…..two words resisting arresting arrest, but everyone is more focused on the criminals rights. Cops try to do their jobs and they get met with resistance on every level because everyone in this country has lost sight of respect, whether it be for each other or authority. These things have gone on all our lives, but now in at least the past 10 to 15 years it’s got worse because citizens think they can bully cops around, and do you know how many excuses cops here each day about why the people they pull over are breaking whatever law it is? And half of it is “I’m going to the hospital”. I know people that have used that excuse and guess what…they were lying!! Doesn’t mean that everyone does. Bottom line is…..you don’t resist arrest you don’t get your ass beat, you comply with police and you walk away with no incident. But you people are so quick to jump on how officers are doing these things to innocent people, get your head out of your asses! Obey the law and be an upright law abiding citizen, and you don’t have to worry about this. I am not a cop, but I have had my run ins along with people in my family, I admit when I’m wrong, and I have never had any of these things happened to me because I comply. But my brother in law is one, and I know what he goes through on a daily basis, disrespect, verbal abusive, getting shot at, resisting arrest. Any of you think you can do a better job under that kind of pressure, go to a metro academy, learn the federal laws, and out your ass on the line everyday so some misguided people with hatred for police can bash them on a public forum. And then when all hell breaks loose and these misguided people need you, swallow your pride, go against your better judgement, and put your ass on the line for someone that wouldn’t care if you took a bullet for them or not. Wake up people and put the blame where it actually lies.
We are at the age of the new world order with the Antichrist ruling 666
If you don’t comply you open yourself up to action. They have the right to ask for your ID. You have the responsibility to comply.
Can you show me the law that states a passenger must show ID
Go ahead and defend the guilty S O B. Your ignorance will cause you pain later, hopefully.
There are always 2 sides to everything!!You can’t be moving your hands and you should show your ID.if they ask for it!!
STUPID COP…..
this action is wrong even tho the law does require id upon a stop
Turn the broken window into your insurance co……. Let them deal with it…….
