Jamal Jones, his girlfriend Lisa Mahone, and their two children, 14 and 7, were going to a hospital to visit Lisa’s dying mother.
Cops stopped them who state that they pulled the family over because Mahone was not wearing her seat belt. After she showed her ID and insurance they asked for Jamal’s ID, who was the passenger.
Shortly after he stated he didn’t have it due to receiving a ticket, cops asked that he get out of the vehicle, which he refused to do.

I support the law enforcement officers 100%. If they ask you something, respond correctly, even though you are innocent! The police are mostly honest and just want to protect everyone!
Dwight, you are part of a serious problem arising in America. You really need to review your priorities before you become the next victim.
Would not have happened if he complied …
It’s cases like this that clearly show excessive force by the police ! But if they would of done what the police asked them to do this would not have escalated !
This citizen did nothing more than peaceful protest for his right. We see what being peaceful reward him it was violence. Then you complaisance people wonder why Ferguson happen. You are the problem because you see no value in the God given rights. You are weak mind because you think your government gave you certain rights.
True
I’m sick of these old video they keep showing also, they are just trying to make the cops look really bad to support there cause!
This man evidently got the polices attention to want to see his id. Let the police do their job. All the recent deaths were caused by men breaking the law.
Sorry easy there not true always… Power privilege and money
You are a fu$king moron.
“Taking no chances” must be exercised within the bounds of their authority. Police officers can’t force citizens to obey orders that they do not possess the lawful authority to give. Do you really think that a police officer is acting in the interest of his safety when he breaks a window of a citizen who refuses to show ID? That is an act of aggression, not defense. Furthermore, the circumstances under which a citizen is legally obligated to produce identification upon demand by a police officer are extremely limited.
You are still a fu$king moron
