Jamal Jones, his girlfriend Lisa Mahone, and their two children, 14 and 7, were going to a hospital to visit Lisa’s dying mother.
Cops stopped them who state that they pulled the family over because Mahone was not wearing her seat belt. After she showed her ID and insurance they asked for Jamal’s ID, who was the passenger.
Shortly after he stated he didn’t have it due to receiving a ticket, cops asked that he get out of the vehicle, which he refused to do.

Dan Carrier. Not true. No law was ever voted on that requires a license to drive. It was originally offered as a means to facilitate identifying you in the event of a fatal or injury accident and as a bonus, ID for cashing checks at the bank. Driving is not a privilege or government controlled right. Driving is a birthright, period.
Glen Balizki: I am a former law enforcement officer and these officers are both breaking the law to enforce the law. I MUST disagree with you. If I had done something like this when I was on the force, I would have been fired.
Negative… your privilege to drive is issued by your state and can be taken away by your state. It has never been a right.
