Jamal Jones, his girlfriend Lisa Mahone, and their two children, 14 and 7, were going to a hospital to visit Lisa’s dying mother.
Cops stopped them who state that they pulled the family over because Mahone was not wearing her seat belt. After she showed her ID and insurance they asked for Jamal’s ID, who was the passenger.
Shortly after he stated he didn’t have it due to receiving a ticket, cops asked that he get out of the vehicle, which he refused to do.

Dream on.
he didn’t have id
Why didn’t he just show his ID? He ask for it and I’m glad he got it !!! I’ll bet you the next time he’s asked for his ID he’ll show it!!!!
he didn’t have id, he told them several times, so he handed them the paper work and information regarding who he was. so a lack of a photo id will get the cops to smash a window to taze a passenger, hmmmm, poor judgement.
I blame it all on the lawmakers they keep making up new rules and new laws for us to follow every day it has become tyranny and most of these laws are not for our safety they are to generate revenue to feed the hungry machine of the ever-growing government. I mean for f**** sake I got a $50 fine for not having my address number was clearly listed on my house.
In every state you are required to show Id when ordered to when you’ve committed a traffic violation. This site was cool until became anti-cop. It’s called case law, not what you and you’re friends think the law should be.
tyranny at its best.
Seems they both were wrong.
Not believing this until more clearly revieled
So what Supreme Court decision was that?
