Jamal Jones, his girlfriend Lisa Mahone, and their two children, 14 and 7, were going to a hospital to visit Lisa’s dying mother.
Cops stopped them who state that they pulled the family over because Mahone was not wearing her seat belt. After she showed her ID and insurance they asked for Jamal’s ID, who was the passenger.
Shortly after he stated he didn’t have it due to receiving a ticket, cops asked that he get out of the vehicle, which he refused to do.

WHY can’t some people follow instructions.
little pete going down the line calling people names,.IQ level is little too huh
You post just sent me somewhere to buy something to watch it. Very tacky and I am unfollowing you.
We have lost the show of respect for officers and made their jobs more dangerous. We can’t entirely hold them responsible for excessive force in stopping us when we don’t do as we are asked.
Rodney Rudd I love u buddy but I have a couple of sincere questions. Are u going to jail even if the office has no reason for detaining u? If so, in your assessment, is that just one of those situation where the legislation or DA’s office, or law enforcement or whomever just operates “above the constitution”?
In my state if you are stopped for a lawful reason then you must ID yourself.
Failure to ID is a misdemeanor
Are cops on steroids now? Where does this attitude come from? If I feel that my life is in danger, I will proctect myself with deadly force.
You have been warned.
People people if you don’t show ID then who’s to say your not driving under a suspended license or a felon riding with other felons which is illegal. Just take your ID everywhere. Will make your day easier
The cop should go to jail and have to pay to fix the window
Well, why would that person refused to show his ID in the first place? …Unless something was not right about it.
