There’s also the chance that this has little to do with police officers being scared and more to do how they’re trained. Are they not being taught how to deal with high stress situations? This might be a good time to evaluate that question.
And in the wake of the eleven officers being gunned down in Dallas this evening, you can bet that this isn’t the last time we’ll see something like this. The question now is how will America deal with is as a nation? More riots? More gun control?

From what I saw of the video, she never rendered aid, never called 911 as he bled out, at least for the first few minutes of the video.

I agree with Betty Flood. They were pulled over because he fit the description of a robbery suspect.
He robbed a store .
