Ted Cruz’s citizenship continues to be a topic of discussion in the 2016 race, and it seems its one issue in which the far-left and the far-right might agree.
At the heart of the issue is the definition of “natural born citizen.” While many consider that to mean that one must be born inside of the country in order to serve in the Oval Office, others claim that one is natural born if you have citizenship at birth. The latter theory is backed up somewhat by the nominations of both John McCain and George Romney, both of which were born outside of this country’s borders.
However, since neither man made it to the White House, no Supreme Court case has ever been brought forth that specifically tackled the issue. As such, both sides continue to wage a war of opinion.

Its not true….see my comment above…
If he was born in the continental states he can run for president, doesn’t matter who his father is, if that was the case obama couldn’t run, even though the democrats put an foreign born president in office for monetary gain
If that is the case remove Obama now!
then why is obama president
To settle this once and for all ask all the Supreme Court Justices for a vote next week. They will not do it because they know Obama is Illegal.
just another freemason.
Then why is obama in office.
this is such c**p
As long as he was born a citizen and is 35 years old. If you never had to be naturalized after your birth, then you were born naturalized. Pretty simple really.
I like this. I would like to see Cruz be president but this is bigger than him right now. If the Supreme Court rules against Cruz then Obama MUST necessarily step down voluntarily or involuntarily. Either way, he musr repay the American people for all salaries, wages, and expenses he received and incurred. His reign will be a constant black eye on the Democratic party, the lapdog media and everybody who kissed hia Oreo$#%&!@* The implications are so huge and far-reaching that friend and foe have no option but to congregate to Cruz’ side.
