At last week’s marathon press conference, Donald Trump surprised conservatives and liberals alike with an answer about illegal immigration.
When asked how he planned to proceed with DACA — the program that provides legal status to minors who were brought into the country illegally — the president said: “To me, it’s one of the most difficult subjects I have because you have these incredible kids — in many cases, not in all cases. In some of the cases, they’re having DACA and they’re gang members and they’re drug members, too. But you have some absolutely incredible kids — I would say mostly — they were brought in here in such a way. It’s a very, very tough subject.” Ultimately, he said he would deal with their situation “with heart.”
Despite the fairly moderate answer, liberals quickly seized onto Trump’s use of the word “gang members” and ignored the fact that he said most of the kids were “absolutely incredible.”
Read about how members of the Hispanic Caucus used the quote to attack Trump and ICE on the next page:

How come we never hear what the White Caucus says?
Illegal. Against the law. Don’t matter who you are. If you are here illegally, get the hell out and go through the process. If you are afraid for your life because you are from some dug lord controlled area and you are too weak to defend yourself, go to Mexico City. Same as DC. Full of criminals and morons, but too busy looking out for themselves to worry about you.
Every caucus are a bunch of self serving idiots
Larry Neese that would be racist
They were not there to contribute. They were there to disrupt. In my opinion DACA and DREAMER PROGRAM’S both should be cancelled. Illegal is Illegal.
You’re not very bright, are you? When will this whole racists thing die? Is that really all people have to combat an opposing view? Just show the lack of intellectual prowess on the left.
Intellectual and libtard do not go together. Libtard and racist are synonymous.
Black Caucus, Hispanic Caucus, racist groups banding together to get special treatment for their race.
Maybe the hispanic caucus should spend time being Americans first instead of the race.
There’s an Asian Pacific Caucus and a Native American Caucus. You just never hear about them , because they don’t whine and throw the race card every time someone suggests we enforce our immigration laws.
