Lt. Tom Davidson from the Lafayette, Indiana police dept. received only a 30-day suspension for beating down a handicap man ran accidentally ran over his foot.
Although the entire upper management within the dept. wanted Davidson fired, the department’s Civil Service Commission decided that his behavior was not outside police policy and handed him this short suspension.
This police state needs guys like Lt. Tom Davidson – cops who are capable of brutalizing people without regard – so that complete submission to authority is accomplished.

I think society needs to create a law that if one illegally $#%&!@*s with anyone who requires a wheeled chair to get around that the perp has their spinal cord severed so that they have to suffer the same harassment daily… And they cannot receive any type of benefits!

Civil Service Commission is a disgrace. What is right – what is wrong is 100% wrong, Cops needs to be fired along with the Civil Service Commission!!!! Police are so wrong so many times – shooting innocent people, shooting innocent dogs protecting their property as they are trained. We have turned into a police state that is out of control..
