No one on this earth can repeal the Bill of rights. They are a part of the Constitution, which is the Supreme Law of the Land. Only someone very uneducated would even suggest something so stupid and impossible. Nothing in the constitution can be changed in any way without two thirds vote of both Houses in Congress, followed by two thirds vote of the Legislature in three fourths of the States. That could never happen in today’s America, thank God.
