Electoral history tends to repeat itself — even if the iterations vary slightly.
In 2008 — and again in 2012 — the Democrats played up the notion that if you did not support Barack Obama for president, it was because you were a racist. It couldn’t possibly be because you disagreed with the man’s policies. It couldn’t possibly be because you had never voted for a Democrat in your life. It couldn’t possibly be because you felt a junior senator was unprepared for the most powerful office in the world. No, if you did not vote for Barack Obama, it was because you were a racist bigot.
With only white candidates running in either of the major parties in 2016, the race card is off the table — but the gender card certainly is not, and Hillary Clinton is playing it every chance she gets. To read about Clinton’s dubious claim that supporters and admirers approach her at rallies to tell her that if only she were a man, they would gladly vote for her, continue reading on the next page:

That’s a lie.

Hillary Clinton is doing just fine, Trump got a little bump in the polls from Comeys underhanded tactics but, she’s still ahead of where President Obama was at this time in 2012.
ELECTORIAL COLLEGE VOTES 272-143 ADVANTAGE CLINTON
Every one of the candidates in the GOP primaries warned that Donald Trump was a cancer and would, if nominated, destroy the Republican party and if elected would destroy the country. Their predictions have come half true, h has destroyed the party, I pray that the other half of their prediction doesn’t happen.
Donald Trump’s path of destruction has pushed the Republican Party to the cusp of a historic reckoning, an existential crisis that has left half of America’s political establishment in desperate need of new leaders, a new message, and even a common orthodoxy.
Party members say it is almost impossible to overestimate the challenges facing the 162-year-old GOP, which for the last three decades has been largely defined by a hagiographic vision of Ronald Reagan but is now riven by a civil war with multiple dimensions.
Some Republicans are even studying the collapse of the Whig Party in the mid-19th century, hoping they can avoid a similar fate. Others are girding for proxy wars that will be waged on Capitol Hill, within the Republican National Committee, and live on the set of Fox News.
“It’s like Humpty Dumpty fell and broke, then a giant lawn mower ran over it, acid was thrown on the pieces — and a bunch of racist idiots ran off with an arm and a leg,” said John Weaver, a longtime Republican consultant. “How do you put it back together? I don’t know.”
You’re a liar
No Killery, people won’t vote for you because you’re a criminal on so many levels.
