A major decision that will impact Minnesotans’ privacy rights is waiting to be heard in the state’s court of Appeals.
It all started off simply enough. Jason and Jackie Wiebesick were a Golden Valley couple who lived in a duplex. One day, officials from the city approached them to ask permission to inspect their home. The stated reason was to collect information so as to make a decision over whether to renew the Wiebesick’s rental license.
Disturbed by the prospect of unfamiliar people walking around their home, the Wiebesick’s turned down the inspectors’ request. One might think it would have ended there, but the city saw to it that it didn’t.
Taking the case to court, Golden Valley authorities implored a county judge to issue a warrant overriding the Wiebesick’s objections and allowing them into the house. Tellingly, the judge refused their request for a warrant, prompting the city to reach even higher.

Even a rental unit falls under the constitution. Unreasonable search and seizure? Remember that one? If the tenant had called and made a complaint then they would have every right to inspect. But just because they want to. No! Not allowed. Residential rentals are still under residential guidelines.
Hard to know much from a single article. Now that Obama wants felons to be classified as worthy tenets, “or else” it is racism is really scary.
This is easy. No!!!!! A judge did not give it so stay the @&$! Out.
America there’s a lot of concern where we are heading with our 2016 election – here’s the picture we are creating –
Democrats – we are fixing to nominate a crook that should behind bars in a prison – where she should be eaten up with her conscious –
Republicans – hopefully we the people wake up before it’s too late – if we fail Donald Trump – then we will be enabling the GOP to force a nominee through corruption – as they will not go with the majority of the votes candidate – so in essence we are electing a crook for the POTUS – how do we explain our ignorance to our future generations – how do we explain the imbalance in our liberal Supreme Court – we can’t afford to continue down this road – we have young families struggling to pay up to $10 or more a day for their children’s school lunches when illegals sit opposite the table and eat free lunches. What’s really sad is what about American kid that’s ashamed to sit down at the lunch table because he hasn’t any money to get a lunch. No legal American child chooses to go hungry either. Do you see any illegal immigrants being required to serve jury-duty while hard working working class loses income from serving and held in contempt of court if they choose not to do so. We the people need to wake up before it is too late and vote for the FUTURE of OUR people not the politicians people.
I keep hoping all these things are resolved by refreshing the tree of liberty with the blood of our modern day tyrants.
They might wanna work on repealing the 2 nd Amendment before they go trying to take the 4th 😉

Owner has a right, city does if permits were pulled for construction, upgrades, etc., or, if it looks rundown, which it supposedly didn’t.
Freedom continues to die, Americans just cower, bend down, and acquiesce through ignorance and apathy. Competely flumoxed as to what I, as an individual can do.
