California Highway Patrol Attacked by Angry Mob

The attack happened at 3:40 PM. Fortunately, the officer was not injured and quickly fled the scene, but his vehicle did sustain a significant amount of damage.

One video, posted by KRON4’s Stanley Roberts, appears to show vehicles revving their engines and racing off. Another video among the several that have circulated on social media appears to be a view from the other side of the altercation.

The officer was not injured, according to local news, citing law enforcement reports. The officer’s SUV sustained up to $12,000 in damage. Perpetrators could face several felonies, including assault and vandalism.

No one had been arrested at the time of the local news report; however, some suspects had been identified. There were many witnesses to the event. Lt. Mindy Casto of the Fresno Police Department told KSEE24 News that the first strike to the CHP officer’s vehicle hit the driver side window.

While police continue to look for those involved, let’s hope that justice comes swiftly and to the fullest extent of the law. This is the type of anarchy these activists claim to want, yet, when they get into trouble they call the police. The hypocrisy is disgusting. Meanwhile, our law enforcement officers are doing their best to perform their jobs while on edge, and some are even scared. This is why there are so many police shootings, lately. Sadly, the people creating the problems are the only ones who can fix it, at least without completely disbanding all law enforcement officers, in which case, we all surely be doomed.
