China’s Official Press Agency Threatens North Korea with Nuclear War

China’s recent editorial threat against North Korea’s nuclear program can all be linked back to the former administrations soft foreign policy.

The conflict still escalating from Obama’s weak policies is extremely alarming in the context that China and North Korea both possess 2nd strike nuclear capabilities. It is certain that if China attacks North Korea, that they will retaliate. Furthermore, it is also already well known that North Korea owns missiles capable of easily attacking almost of every part of the Chinese mainland. Consequently, the probability of a preemptive attack by China is high.

“The editorial also explained the advantages to the world of a Chinese attack on North Korea’s nuclear facilities.

It noted China and the world know the locations of North Korea’s nuclear facilities. Once the PLA attacks these nuclear sites, North Korea will permanently suspend its nuclear weapons programs.
North Korea “has limited resources of nuclear materials and is strictly blockaded in the outside world, erasing the possibility for DPRK to get the materials again.””

Obama’s weak foreign policy caused far more damage than just international embarrassment and ridicule by other world leaders. He did little to nothing besides speak some empty words of condemnation against North Korea that he refused to back with action.

Is this situation already too far gone to resolve?

Not according to our Secretary of State Rex Tillerson.

The Chinese government, following a visit with United States President Trump and Secretary of State, now want to talk the tough stance against North Korea that Obama’s administration rejected.

China has decided to stop all coal imports from North Korea for the rest of the year. North Korea depends on coal for the majority of their national revenue and deals a severe blow to the North Korean economy. This decision follows Tillerson’s meetings with Chinese officials back in February.

“Coal exports are a primary source of income for the reclusive state. Following North Korea’s fourth nuclear test in February last year, the United Nations Security Council passed UNSC Resolution 2270, which placed restrictions on North Korea’s coal exports but made exceptions through the “livelihood purposes” clause. China has been accused of exploiting this loophole to continue importing North Korean coal in order to reduce international pressure on Pyongyang.”

There is good reason to hope that these comprehensive measures being executed by the new administration will begin to undo the 8 long years of Obama’s failed presidency and work to protect our nation, values, and freedom once again.
