China: “US Has Inescapable Responsibility” To Take Refugees, But We Won’t Take Any

The state run Chinese news agency Xinhua is lambasting the US for the refugee crisis.  The news agency’s tone is harsh with  finger pointing, chastising the US for the total middle east crisis going back to Saddam.  Xinhua goes on to school the US on what they must do now, to “fix” the crisis.  This, with not one word on what the Chinese will do to contribute to the humanitarian crisis.  Considering China’s stellar record on human rights, does China have any business insinuating itself into US foreign policy?
