It should surprise no one that yet another Obama attempt at foreign security policy has failed. One day after an agreement to renewed efforts toward cyber security, Chinese data-thieves hacked pharmaceutical and technology firms in an attempted to gather industry secrets and intellectual property.
More worrisome, the Chinese government has implied that certain hacking operations may be beyond their control, leading one to question what other targets may be of interest to the random bored hacker.
