Well, now that it’s his turn, Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel is finding that it’s a lot harder to destroy one of America’s great cities with President Donald J. Trump leading the nation. So hard, in fact, Emanuel is trying to BAN the President from visiting Chicago. Rahm knows that the President has intentions to help Chicago and that certainly makes him very uncomfortable.
President Donald Trump is no longer welcome in Chicago, Mayor Rahm Emanuel declared on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert Monday night. “Our motto: A city he’ll never sleep in. We don’t want him,” Emanuel said. “Look, Donald Trump is driving forward looking through the rearview mirror, and I’m not going that way because I want my city going that way and I want it to be a Trump-free zone.”
I’m surprised Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel managed to find the time to go on the Late Night show given how busy he is doing helpful things to help the citizens such as outlawing guns and helping illegal aliens illegally receive welfare benefits on the backs of tax paying citizens But, then again much like the administration he used to work for before being sent back home to Chicago to do the Devil’s work, Rahm Emanuel’s ego can’t resist the spotlight.
