Russian President Vladimir Putin said in October 2017 that Russian genetic material is being harvested all over the country.
“Do you know that biological material is being collected all over the country, from different ethnic groups and people living in different geographical regions of the Russian Federation? The question is – why is it being done? It’s being done purposefully and professionally. We are a kind of object of great interest,” Putin told Russia’s Human Rights Council. “Let them do what they want, and we must do what we must,” he said.
Afterward, the US Air Force admitted that it was collecting Russian DNA samples, but claimed it was for “research” purposes only.
According to Press TV, speaking to Russian media, spokesman for the US Air Education and Training Command (AETC), Captain Beau Downey, dismissed bio-terrorism allegations and said the center randomly selected Russian population as the source for genetic material in a research on the musculoskeletal system.
Noting that the AETC was working on “locomotor studies to identify various biomarkers associated with trauma,” the spokesman said the center needed two sets of samples and since the first set, containing the “initial group of diseases” had Russian origin, “the control group of the samples should also be of Russian origin.”
The first set was provided by a “US-based company,” Downey said, noting that “the integrity of the study” was more important than the origin of the samples.
The fact that it was Russian tissue samples that the USAF was looking for, fueled speculation that the Pentagon was working on a biological weapon to target Russians.

So the U.S. has been working with China on the development of viruses that enhance transmission – would GoF also include genetic targeting? In light of this, it’s not exactly a pleasant thought that white people have been vilified constantly as of late.
If you want to get way out there, researchers have found what they determine is the “liberal gene,” scientifically known as DRD4. While that might sound a bit extreme, especially considering that this gene only denotes “openness” which is labeled a liberal quality, perhaps there are genes that indicate whether someone will likely be either liberal or independent in thought. Of course, it would be in the best interest of totalitarian governments to kill off all who are liberty-minded, leaving only the sheeple.
China has been collecting DNA from the world’s population for quite a while.
The Peoples Republic of China (PRC) has been collecting people’s DNA for years, and according to Gordon Chang, author of ‘The Coming Collapse of China,’ the country’s sinister motivations should be of great concern to the United States.
With over 80 million health profiles, China has the largest DNA database in the world, and growing. In an interview with Fox News, Chang warned that China plans to use this information to create bioweapons designed to target specific ethnic groups.
“The coronavirus is not the last pathogen that will be generated from Chinese soil. And so we’ve got to be concerned that the next disease is more transmissible and more deadly than the novel coronavirus,” said Chang.
China reportedly collects the DNA of its own citizens for purposes of law enforcement, tracking down dissidents, and forming a tightly controlled surveillance state.
They have also found ways to obtain the DNA of foreigners, including Americans.
How exactly do they get this sensitive information?
“Buying American companies which have DNA profiles, subsidizing DNA analysis for ancestry companies, and hacking,” said Chang.
For example, in 2015 it was discovered that the PRC hacked Anthem, the second-largest insurance company in the U.S. Now the PRC is using the coronavirus to enlarge its DNA database by requiring internationally accepted QR codes for travel in and out of the country and using vaccine diplomacy.
“What they’re doing is they are saying: ‘We’ll get this vaccine to you but we need to complete our trials so we’re going to use your population as the test. If you don’t participate in these trials, you’re not getting the Chinese vaccines,’” said Chang.
