“The Sergeant at Arms is authorized to arrest and detain any person violating Senate rules, including the President of the United States,” states the senate.gov website.
The Sergeant at Arms of the United States Senate, currently Andrew B. Willison, is the only person with authority to arrest a sitting president – if the president has violated Senate rules – which Obama certainly has.

Lock him up his crimes did not just start since he was in the Oval office he has been a criminal most of his life !!!
And why would he have any incentive whatsoever to do that? The S-at-A’s is a pal of Obama’s. He needs some incentive. Perhaps a reward? How much and who gives it to him? The RNC? USD $1 million?

Has to be charged by the House and Tried by the Senate.
Then and only then does the Senate have the Authority to call upon the arrest of a sitting President…..

My suggestion wold be to put Trey Gowdy in charge of the situation and give him full power to do whatever is needed to follow the Constitution and to correct the mess in Washington.
Send him to Gitmo !
