“The Sergeant at Arms is authorized to arrest and detain any person violating Senate rules, including the President of the United States,” states the senate.gov website.
The Sergeant at Arms of the United States Senate, currently Andrew B. Willison, is the only person with authority to arrest a sitting president – if the president has violated Senate rules – which Obama certainly has.
But what if the Sergeant at Arms won’t do his job and arrest the President when crimes have been committed?
If Andrew Willison will not perform his duty and arrest the president for crimes Obama has committed, is Mr. Willison not complicit and guilty of a criminal act himself?

WRONG! THE PROVOW
DO IT! TIRED OF ALL THE TALK! STOP THIS TRAITOR!
I respect Obama as my president of the united state
Arrest him now!!!
Why start with obama…there are so much worse people I would rather see arrested first… like bush, cheney …and certain corporation holders. How stupid. Smh
Most of his supporters refuse to believe he’s done anything wrong, much less illegal. Others realize what he’s doing and support him because of it. Half the country may end up calling for his head, but the other half will surely resort to violence if he is arrested or impeached without the support of the press. This man and the people who made it possible for his rise to power can and will tear this country apart if not allowed to reshape it peacefully. The question is do allow our nation to be fundamentally changed into whatever they choose it to be without a challenge. Or do we move against this figurehead of a widespread and well funded movement for change, at the risk of great civil unrest.
I don’t care what race or colour is
