“The Sergeant at Arms is authorized to arrest and detain any person violating Senate rules, including the President of the United States,” states the senate.gov website.
The Sergeant at Arms of the United States Senate, currently Andrew B. Willison, is the only person with authority to arrest a sitting president – if the president has violated Senate rules – which Obama certainly has.
But what if the Sergeant at Arms won’t do his job and arrest the President when crimes have been committed?
If Andrew Willison will not perform his duty and arrest the president for crimes Obama has committed, is Mr. Willison not complicit and guilty of a criminal act himself?

Well if we are arresting people who mistreated the usa and it’s money and left we the people to pick up the tab. Why aren’t the two Bush’s in this picture. . …..
We know Obama is guilty of many unlawful unconstitutional edicts in the form of executive orders and memos.
But, the most egregious of his actions is making an unlawful deal with Iran and further sending over $1 million to this terrorist state. That action I believe rises to treason. Aiding and abetting enemies of the United States.

I don’t think he has the “hangie down” things to do his job..
There are still a few good men in congress who are at least trying to bring justice and calling on other members to get behind them. I’m not sure how much those few can do without the support of at least their own party if not the entire body of congress. They are fighting an uphill battle. When most either have surrendered to pressure or given up the fight the few who keep pressing forward will triumph only by the Grace of God.
