“The Sergeant at Arms is authorized to arrest and detain any person violating Senate rules, including the President of the United States,” states the senate.gov website.
The Sergeant at Arms of the United States Senate, currently Andrew B. Willison, is the only person with authority to arrest a sitting president – if the president has violated Senate rules – which Obama certainly has.
But what if the Sergeant at Arms won’t do his job and arrest the President when crimes have been committed?
If Andrew Willison will not perform his duty and arrest the president for crimes Obama has committed, is Mr. Willison not complicit and guilty of a criminal act himself?

Obama has gone against the US Constitution. He is now doing it on almost a daily bases without Congress, but with executive orders. Months ago Obama added another 1.6 trillion to the debt mainly for Syrian refugees, when our vets and American people suffer going without their needs met.
Obama has been told “FLAT OUT” the Syrian refugees can “NOT” be vetted, so that’s putting the American people in danger! The Syrian refugees have said they are hiding jihadists among them, as we’ve witnessed throughout the world! So once again, Obama is putting the American people in danger!!!
Putting Laila Alawa in Homeland Security is way over the top!!! She has many tweets verifying she is against America. Alawa tweeted that 9/11 “changed the world for the good,” and she went on to spew her hatred for everything American, including our predominantly white population. Sounds about as racist as it gets!!! She posted a tweet saying, “I am Syrian, I will always be Syrian,” two days before she became an American citizen. That says to me she doesn’t want to be an American, but change America into Syria … just as we see Muslims doing everywhere around the world.
Affordable Care Act. IMO, “Non-Affordable Extortion Act.” Wife checked on insurance and I see no way it’s affordable! Between my Social Security and Teamster retirement I make around $3,500 a month. Her insurance $375.00 a month with a $$6,500 deductible a year. That’s $11,000 a year, or 1/4 what we need to live on. Nothing is paid until $6,500 is paid. Then don’t forget copay. So anyway, we just paid the $600.00 EXTORTION. Just another Obama against the constitution.

Why isn’t he in trouble, after the Homeland Security told Sean Hannity about the Obama Administration deleting over 800 terrorist watch people’s information. That has to be illegal?
