California liberals are it again, this time going after ammunition instead of guns.
In a new legislation called the “Safety for All Act of 2016” voters will be able to ban the possession of magazines with a capacity greater than 10 rounds and mandate that everybody in California get a “firearms purchaser certificate” in order to buy ammunition, which will not only cost up to $50.00 and take two months to get, it’ll also put you in a database for law enforcement.
See what else it entails on the next page.
Safety for all criminals, more like.
I see CRIMINALS so going for this. They will totally abide by it….
Texas well I’m neither a steer or a$#%&!@* so I guess not.
Art Jay, unfortunately your logic and assumptions are flawed. Let’s go back to Japan. We didn’t invade Japan because the Japanese govenment mandated that every able bodied person be trained to fight the expected American invasion. They were taught to fight the Americans, who possessed the most technically advanced weaponry of the day, with swords, wooden staffs and outdated firearms. Invasion of Japan was expected to cause over a million American casualties. Thus the rational for actually using atomic bombs to end that conflict. My facts are easy to verify, just go to the History Channel or Google. Now class is dismissed!
Will this be on the final exam?
I had to deliver a load up in the mountains to someone who was buying a log home. I got to talking to the owner and the cops and what I gathered was that California is a great state, and unlike these great people there a quite a few who’s brains are not affixed to the head and the head not affixed to the body. I.e. Liberalism
Term limits…
No one is innocent, but this ban is 100% illegal and un-American. Look at what just happen in France…..and that’s a complete ban on guns. Doesn’t really work, does it
In France, to buy a firearm, a hunting licence or a shooting sport license is necessary. All semi-automatic rifles with a capacity greater than 3 rounds, all handguns and all rifles chambered in ‘military’ calibres, including bolt action, require permits. These are known as B1, B2 and B4 type permits. Firearms are divided into eight categories that determine the regulations that apply to their possession and use. France also sets limits on the number of cartridges that can be kept at home (1000 rounds per gun). The total number of firearms owned by an individual is also subject to limits (not possible to have more than 12 authorizations/permits on B1, B2 and B4 type firearms).[95] As of September, 2013, France has a capacity limit of 20 rounds for handguns;[96] one needs a permit for category one[clarification needed] semi-automatics that have a capacity greater than 3 rounds. Fully automatic firearms are illegal for civilian ownership They are not banned Anyone “of good record: can own one within those parameters . Nor as Fox spews out is the Gendarmerie unarmed ! Since a bomb caused the worst damage you have a spurious argument
Thanks, we appreciate that.
