California’s “Safety for All Act of 2016” Confiscates, Requires Registration and Severely Increases Prices

What they’re basically doing is making it incredibly difficult to be a gun owner and creating a database of those who already own them.

There’s also the fact that should the “Safety for All Act of 2016” be passed, thanks to the 14th Amendment, all state legislators need to do to make it federal law is take to the Supreme Court. This could mean bad things for gun owners. And a magazine ban and “firearms purchaser certificate” is only the beginning.

Will REQUIRE that all ammunition purchases be reported electronically at the moment of purchase to the State, who will record it in a database to be available to law enforcement. This will likely quadruple the handling time associated with the purchase of ammunition, causing prices to skyrocket.

Will FORCE all Dealers in CA to obtain an “ammunition vendors license” in order to sell ammunition. It will also force all employees of any licensed vendor to obtain a State issued “Certificate of Eligibility” in order to work with ammunition. Again, this will cause prices to skyrocket.

Will BAN the private transfer of ammunition.

Will BAN the private importation of ammunition

We ALL need to fight this attack on our rights. Please keep an eye on our page as we gear up to FIGHT Newsom and Bloomberg in their attempt to take away your 2nd amendment rights!

It looks like Dianne Feinstein’s failure to ban assault weapons haven’t slowed down California liberals. If this gets passed, being a gun-owner in California could become a lot more difficult. It also creates a situation where the government is disassembling one more right guaranteed by the constitution.
