California liberals are it again, this time going after ammunition instead of guns.
In a new legislation called the “Safety for All Act of 2016” voters will be able to ban the possession of magazines with a capacity greater than 10 rounds and mandate that everybody in California get a “firearms purchaser certificate” in order to buy ammunition, which will not only cost up to $50.00 and take two months to get, it’ll also put you in a database for law enforcement.
See what else it entails on the next page.
I think California is too far gone. Voting wine with. Petitions won’t work. Calling, writing, email in won’t work. It’s going to have to be physical. Maybe Cali is where it needs to start.
Then go vote!
Once upon a time, California was a republic. I think it’s time we kick them out of the US, and let them go back to said state of affairs.

If the idiot CA voters pass this, that will all but guarantee my exodus of this c**p state. Retirement can’t come soon enough.
In the same state of mind!
Got milk !
i think its time for california to wake up . we voted these people into office and we can vote them out . recall them or something .
It starts in Cali and moves east
It will BAN the possession of a magazines with a greater than 10rd capacity, regardless of when you purchased them. Current legal magazine owners will be forced to turn them in, have them destroyed or sell them to a dealer Will MANDATE that everyone in CA obtain a “firearms purchaser certificate” in order to be able to purchase any ammunition. This “certificate” would take up to a month to obtain and cost up to $50.00. You would have to renew it every 2 years Will REQUIRE that all ammunition purchases be reported electronically at the moment of purchase to the State, who will record it in a database to be available to law enforcement Will FORCE all Dealers in CA to obtain an “ammunition vendors license” in order to sell ammunition. It will also force all employees of any licensed vendor to obtain a State issued “Certificate of Eligibility” in order to work with ammunition My understanding is it will be on the ballot for the people of Californa to decide I think it is sensible and workable No one except law enforcement needs multi round weapons No on is taking ALL weapons away Its not lot different than ensuring anyone with a history of violence or child abuse having to register be monitored etc in order to ensure they are NOa danger to the innocent
What a brilliant idea , this will stop all the gun crime in California cuz gangsters and outlaws won’t be able to buy ammo legally and they never break the law and buy ammo illegally so this should solve all the problems. I wish I thought of this. # sarcasm.
