California liberals are it again, this time going after ammunition instead of guns.
In a new legislation called the “Safety for All Act of 2016” voters will be able to ban the possession of magazines with a capacity greater than 10 rounds and mandate that everybody in California get a “firearms purchaser certificate” in order to buy ammunition, which will not only cost up to $50.00 and take two months to get, it’ll also put you in a database for law enforcement.
See what else it entails on the next page.
Hahaha. Sure glad I don’t live in the Socialist Republic of Kalifornia!
Cars are made for driving. Guns are made for one purpose only, TO KILL. think about that
Could be worse: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OuX-nFmL0II
You’re wrong. A gun is a weapon. A weapon’s purpose is determined by how it is used. A weapon can certainly be used to kill, but it can also be used to protect. The difference is in how it is used, and that depends upon the person using it.
Also, consider this, any item can be used as a weapon. For that matter, people with proper training can turn their own body into a weapon. Would you consider putting bans on people’s hands next? I doubt it.
Yes sometimes used to protect, but not in over 85% of incedents involving gun. I repeat, a gun has but ONE purpose. And that is to KILL. it is not made for any other purpose. Satan loves guns. He loves when people are killed. Jesus came to give life. Not to shoot and kill people in the name of God, white supremacy, or any other lame excuse for killing people
Sure, I could be stupid and satanic and kill someone with things I could find in any fast food place. But those things were not made for that purpose. A gun is made only for killing
Like I said if the government really wanted to they would.
I’d encourage you go reread my last comment. Obviously, the point I was making didn’t sink in with you. I don’t even slightly care about your ridiculously biased statistics. The very idea of reducing gun violence to a set of data points is idiotic. Each and every situation where a shooting occurs is a life and death situation. When you reduce it to a data point and quantify it, you lose the basic understanding and respect for that situation.
You say a gun is made to kill, but yet again, you’re wrong. Depending on where the shot lands, there is a chance that the person shot will survive. It’s not as if the gun or ammo has some ability to immediately kill the person that it hits. Where the shot strikes the subject is the determining factor of whether that subject lives or dies. If a gun were ONLY capable of killing, they’d be manufactured to kill instantly when they hit their target, regardless of where the target is struck. Again, the purpose and effect of a weapon, any weapon, is determined by the user, not the weapon itself. Until such time as guns begin to load, aim, and fire themselves with fatal results, your entire argument is invalid. Banning a weapon does nothing to curb the bloodlust of the individual pulling the trigger.
Morons
Larry Robinson my guns have not been used to kill anything except a couple skunks in the yard. Other than that they are used for sport shooting. Targets and blue rock are all I’m after with my weapons. Maybe you should focus on the why in committing murder, not the how.
