While conservatives were jubilant at the results of the election, liberals have reacted absolutely hysterically to the fact that Donald Trump is on his way to the White House.
Already, we are witnessing a political polarity shift, but not just in the sense of the Republican Party being turned inside out by Trump’s triumph. After 8 years of rationalizing each and every excess committed by President Obama and smearing Republicans as violent bigots guilty of treason, Democrats are suddenly rediscovering the value of dissent. Within a week, they went from demanding that the president be able to do whatever he wants to warning about the dangers of power being concentrated in the hands of one man.
At first, it appeared to be just the typical liberal reaction to a Republican winning an election, but after a couple days, it became abundantly clear that there is something running much deeper through the left than even the sharpest conservatives previously thought.

You will be swallowed up by Mexico within a year. Buenos dias!
Let them go, they’ll be broke in a year, can you imagine all the illegals and Muslims will go there, they’ll need to build a wall, zero federal funding, they’ll have to have a military. Wow, hope they succeed!
Goooooooooooooo
In a March 15, 1833, letter to Daniel Webster (congratulating him on a speech opposing nullification), Madison discussed “revolution” versus “secession”:
I return my thanks for the copy of your late very powerful Speech in the Senate of the United S. It crushes “nullification” and must hasten the abandonment of “Secession”. But this dodges the blow by confounding the claim to secede at will, with the right of seceding from intolerable oppression. The former answers itself, being a violation, without cause, of a faith solemnly pledged. The latter is another name only for revolution, about which there is no theoretic controversy.
Thus Madison affirms an extraconstitutional right to revolt against conditions of “intolerable oppression”; but if the case cannot be made (that such conditions exist), then he rejects secession—as a violation of the Constitution.
During the crisis, President Andrew Jackson, published his Proclamation to the People of South Carolina, which made a case for the perpetuity of the Union; plus, he provided his views re the questions of “revolution” and “secession”:
But each State having expressly parted with so many powers as to constitute jointly with the other States a single nation, cannot from that period possess any right to secede, because such secession does not break a league, but destroys the unity of a nation, and any injury to that unity is not only a breach which would result from the contravention of a compact, but it is an offense against the whole Union. [emphasis added] To say that any State may at pleasure secede from the Union, is to say that the United States are not a nation because it would be a solecism to contend that any part of a nation might dissolve its connection with the other parts, to their injury or ruin, without committing any offense. Secession, like any other revolutionary act, may be morally justified by the extremity of oppression; but to call it a constitutional right, is confounding the meaning of terms, and can only be done through gross error, or to deceive those who are willing to assert a right, but would pause before they made a revolution, or incur the penalties consequent upon a failure.
Not everyone feels this way! I want the wall built to and any violence should be prosecuted and last no welfare to people that aren’t citizens .
First all idiots who think they want to succeed haven’t thought the process through with all the money they will lose and jobs. First you lose all the military jobs, second you loose all the jobs that rely on the military, the housing income is lost, look at Alameda, Oakland, Treasure Island when the Navy left, Sacramento area when Mather and McClellan left, also since CA would be it’s own country we lose all the Federal dollars for schools, prisons, parks. Here’s the big kicker we would now pay higher tariffs for goods coming and leaving there would be no guarantee that we would get favored trading status. So yeah all the knuckleheads who think this is funny be careful for what you wish for.
No state, even California can survive independently. No funding for education, welfare, emergency, infrastructure. They’d come crying back in two years
I object, it is time to take the State back. Well have to get the liberal, unionized, whacked out environmentalists out of power. They have codified their social engineering dogma.
