It’s not too hard to figure out who’s about to win the California recall election after seeing reports by Republicans who say that after showing up to cast their ballot they were told they had already voted.
“The man next to me was arguing the same thing,” said 88-year-old Estelle Bender, a Republican, who was given a provisional ballot that she filled out and then “left really angry.”
Asked how shocked she was, Bender responded, “Very. I went to El Camino High School to vote, got there at 10:30, gave her this and she scanned it and said, ‘You voted.’ And I said, ‘No I haven’t.’ And she said, ‘This has been happening all morning.’
Other reports include people who claim to have received multiple ballots at their residence and even a police report of an arrest of an individual who was in possession of drugs and thousands of recall ballots.
