A gay state senator successfully authored a bill making it no longer a felony to intentionally infect others with HIV. CA Gov. Jerry Brown signed the bill into state law “downgrading the crime of deliberately exposing a sexual partner to HIV from a felony to a misdemeanor”.

There partner has a right to know this information to make a choice. This is a life or death choice for the partner and if they are not given that choice, it is a death sentence.
This is unbelievable and there should be protest. I hate that my grandchildren are growing up in a world that gets more screwed up everyday.. Brown and this state senator should step down for putting the entire country at greater risk.
I propose mandatory testing and mandatory disclosure of some obvious kind. Right to know out ranks privacy when you consider how many ppl one person can infect and how much it cost us all.
