Police in Buffalo, N.Y., have set forth a plan to begin confiscating the firearms of legal gun owners within days of their deaths.
This is one more little step in the agenda that gun control advocates have embarked on to inch us closer and closer to complete disarmament.

They have no business confiscating guns from anyone! A deceased person does not own a gun,because if your deceased you can’t own anything,that property reverts to the family members of the deceased and not the government! This and other items belong to the family and should be given to other family members as deemed by the estate of the deceased!

Good luck if they don’t get shot just because the owner is deceased it don’t mean he or she did not give the to someone else.

That is one reason Obama wants to pass gun registration ,so they will know where all the guns are. Then they take away guns from anyone they consider mentally unsafe. Then the family would have to pass a background check and pay a tax in order to claim them. I look for Obama to sign the Small Arms Treaty with the UN before the new Senate takes over, then they will decide who can, or cannot own a gun.
