That’s stupid, a lot of people have had the same guns in the family for many generations and it should stay that way unless the new owners fail a back ground check. Then the guns should go to another family member that does quality.

Buffalo PD violated my 2nd and 4th Amendment rights. They initiated a raid on me Fathers Day 2013 with no warrant. Over claims that I owned a legal AK47. They tried to use a misdemeanor warrant for my friend in Maine as an excuse to enter but when he went outside they should’ve left.
That is illegal as hell, and prob not true!
