This week, Bruce Springsteen claimed that he was standing amount “embarrassed Americans”.
This coming from the man who sings “Born in the USA,” but the signs were there all along. Springsteen’s hit may sound like a patriotic jam, but its intention is often misheard or misunderstood. With lyrics like “So they put a rifle in my hand / Sent me off to a foreign land / To go and kill the yellow man,” the song was a political statement from the very beginning.
The anti-war/anti-America message may have been subtle then, but now Springsteen is making his displeasure with the United States known across the world. His most overt criticism of his home country came this week during a concert in Melbourne, Australia.

Hey FK WAD stop speaking for America…
Dude you have totally lost it are you brain dead
He’s a idiot
Very proud American once again, now that we have a patriot for a president. God Bless Donald J. Trump and the United States of America. Bruce Springsteen doesn’t speak for me.
I have to admit when obama was in office, America was indeed embarrassed. And Bruce what country are you from. It seems pretty easy for you to trash our country now.
Springsteen… you have over stayed your welcome…. good-bye!
When he tries to sing the look on his face is akin to the look of a man passing a kidney stone,as is the look on my face when forced to listen to him.
Bruce is a Communist or at the least a sympthizer
You had to make a deal with Satan, cause your band sucks
