When a crime is committed by an immigrant and the government decides to send that individual home, it is unfair treatment according to Black Lives Matter and Organized Communities Against Deportation (OCAD). These groups block the roads of Chicago to make their point.
The protesters seem to believe that Obama is repatriating an increasing number of illegal migrants. In fact, the numbers of migrants and foreign criminals who have been repatriated have dropped sharply since 2012.
These groups were not alone in their stand, as they were joined with other radical entities to make their point.
The pro-Palestinian terrorist group “Palestinian Youth in Action” also participated.
The website NotOneMoreDeportation highlighted the role played by a women’s radical group, Assata’s Daughters, as well as OCAD.
“The civil disobedience,” the website reported, “puts a spotlight on a history of abuse stemming from the Chicago Field Office run by Director Ricard Wong outlined by a list of grievances that those targeted by immigration enforcement are reading out at the protest.”
Shutting down traffic seems fairly tame for Black Lives Matter, but aligning oneself with the pro-Palestinian terror group, “Palestinian Youth in Action” is far from tame. Deportation of all the groups involved, along side the criminal immigrants, might be genuinely good for the country!
