Hashim Nzinga, leader of The New Black Panther Party, stated on the New Black Panther Party’s “Black Power Radio,” what amounts to a war cry.
He claims America’s Founding Fathers would applaud a declaration of war against the ‘rich and powerful’ in order to fend off the ‘genocide’ of the ‘black nation’.
Nzinga claims that America has “declared war on us,” which he says is proven by the presence of “military police in the black neighborhood” that only ‘protects the rich’.

The fact is that over 6,000 blacks die of homicide each year. That is more than white and Hispanic homicide victims combined, even though blacks are 13 percent of the nation’s population. And the reason they are dying of homicide at a rate six times higher than whites and Hispanics combined is because they commit homicide at eight times the rate higher than whites and Hispanics combined. And that type of crime disparity means that when the police are trying to save lives, they are in minority neighborhoods confronting people engaged in drive‑by shootings, killing children.
Let’s talk about cop killings. Over the last decade, black males made up 40 percent of all cop killers, even though they’re six percent of the population. It turns out, that a police officer is 18-and-a-half times more likely to be killed by a black male than an unarmed black male is likely to be killed by a police officer.
I think that when the Black Lives Matter movement has been allowed to thrive by a deliberate ignorance — cultivated ignorance — about the problem of black crime, that you cannot understand police activity without understanding patterns of crime. And the media has basically suppressed any knowledge about how bad things are in inner cities. So I would start by giving the data on black crime that explains why officers are in inner-city neighborhoods trying to save lives. We need to get the black community to stand up aginst all crime and bring back the family, make it a focus of the community.
Blacks “commit 75 percent of all shootings, 70 percent of all robberies, and 66 percent of all violent crime” in New York City, even though they consist of 23 percent of the city’s population.
“The black violent crime rate would actually predict that more than 26 percent of police victims would be black,” . “Officer use of force will occur where the police interact most often with violent criminals, armed suspects, and those resisting arrest, and that is in black neighborhoods.”
12 percent of white and Hispanic homicide deaths were due to police officers, while only four percent of black homicide deaths were the result of police officers.
Black and Hispanic police officers are more likely to fire a gun at blacks than white officers. University of Pennsylvania studies determined black cops were 3.3 times more likely to fire a gun than other cops at a crime scene.
Blacks are more likely to kill cops than be killed by cops. FBI data, which also found that 40 percent of cop killers are black.
The reason turning police brutality and excessive force into a racial thing is bad is that it takes the focus away from doing more about policing the police. Two thirds of the people killed in the line of duty by the police are white people. The number of killings that are “bad shoots” is way too high. Police are up against a real dilemma. Their own lives are in real danger every day. When they find themselves in a dangerous situation, if they react wrongly they may get killed or kill someone. Don’t take that for granted. If you are being questioned or arrested, let the officer manage things. Don’t try to put up a scuffle and do not make any sudden moves. Ask the officer if you may get something from your pocket or back pack or would they rather you be still and they get it for you. Be patient. Don’t argue. Keep your hands in plain view at all times. There will still be incidents of wrongful shootings by police. Don’t make your situation one of those. And stop protesting every time a policeman kills a black person if you are never going to protest when a white person is killed in the same circumstance. People that are like that are racists themselves

The whites have not declared war on the black the black have declared war on this country.
That’s a well said one sided view of the black lives matter movement. When you look at crime statistics in the black community have you ever asked yourself how did so much drugs and guns get in there community. It’s a fact that the CIA purposely and strategically put drugs in there community for the self destruction of the black race. I never understood how poor people get there hands on so much expensive weapons maybe you can tell me. People keep saying blacks kill blacks but they go to jail for the crime also. Not like George Zimmerman and the killers of Eric Gardner Mike Brown Freddie Gray and countless others
no one has declared war on any one… god will take care of this..your own people are killing each other at a rate where you will be gone in five years…why don’t you address that if you care so much.
