Black Activists Blocks Traffic in Chicago After Police Kill Gangbanger with Gun

Black activists are back at their trademark mayhem this week — as if they ever stop — this time bringing their unique brand of chaos to the streets of Chicago.

Protesters disrupted traffic on Chicago’s Eisenhower Expressway Tuesday night and two people were arrested as a vigil for a 16-year-old boy fatally shot by police turned into a march.

Chicago police confirmed two demonstrators were arrested amid the protests Tuesday, but it was not immediately clear why.

A large group of people were seen marching onto the the expressway near South Homan Avenue. They marched down the expressway, blocking at least one lane before exiting at Sacramento.

The march followed an earlier Black Lives Matter vigil for 16-year-old Pierre Loury, who was fatally shot during an “armed confrontation” with Chicago police Monday.

Apparently it is no longer okay for the police to shoot at even armed individuals. It seems the only outcome these protestors would find acceptable is that which ends with a dead cop. Had they not shot first, it’s likely that’s exactly how this story would have concluded:

“We do believe that this individual turned and pointed the handgun at the officer the handgun was recovered at the scene where the young man was shot,” said 1st Deputy Supt. John Escalante.

Facts, it seems, just don’t matter to these protestors. Gun or no gun, anyone that shoots a black teen is likely to be vilified — except if they’re black themselves, of course. It seems the only ones who can get away with killing a young black male these days are fellow blacks. It happens every day, yet they never seem to bat an eye. Black lives only matter, evidently, if they’re killed by someone who is white.
