Biden Thinks Constitution Allows Gun Confiscation
The Democrat candidate, as Mitt Romney once pointed out, will always have 47% of the vote. It will be a conglomeration of government workers riding the gravy train, blacks thinking they are putting it to “the man”, city welfare recipients anxious to “earn” even more benefits, single women who think the government is their husband and free abortion is the most important issue in every election, illegal aliens demanding amnesty and the right to vote, union thugs, and a host of other free loaders and cheaters looking to scam the system.
So even a Joe Biden, with his goofy, uninformed but cheerful demeanor, has a chance if the party throws its weight behind him. But whenever things are looking up, Joe will jam his boot in his mouth and say something that reminds people that he is nothing more than an affable fool.
His latest observation in responding to boss Obama’s illegal executive order regarding gun control and ultimate gun confiscation scheme is a case in point. Constitutional scholar Biden pointed out in a CNN interview that;
“The Second Amendment says you can limit who can own a gun.” He added, “people who are criminals shouldn’t have guns. People who are schizophrenic and have mental illnesses shouldn’t have guns.”
That may be true in Bidenworld, where the big boss can decide who can and can’t own a gun. However, it is hard to square that opinion with the Second Amendment, which says, “A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.”
The clause “shall not be infringed” keeps being manhandled by the liberals and the leftists, but it is pretty clear and quite definite. Biden, however, seems to have found verbiage elsewhere in the Second Amendment that the rest of us have missed over all these years. He claims,
Not sure where he is reading that part in the amendment. Maybe he learned it from his boss Obama, who also has a problem with truth telling. But Obama lies with such elan, while Joe just comes across as uninformed or just plain stupid.
