The beautiful thing about America is that though its people have myriad differences between themselves and their neighbors, there is room for everybody to live the way they want to. So long as no one is hurt, citizens are free to operate and interact with others as they please. And of course, a big part of living is having a home to one’s liking.
Unfortunately, we have gone from the idea that a person’s home is their castle to the notion that one’s home is just another place for the government to stick its nose into. So not only are the possessions we keep in our houses subjected to their rule, but the very buildings we call home are as well.

Why? I just can’t figure this out. This is exactly what ppl that have a little extra $$ should be able to do for the homeless ppl that want to try to improve their lives…to get started on the road to recover their dignity. That’s what I’d do, if I won the lottery. What was wrong with this!?

True the guy I help out has mental issues of angry outbursts some mild retardation which there is a better word but his OCD is awesome I let him organize my back room stock stuff. I run a gas station and he likes to do the indoor work on the rainy days but if it is nice out I can’t get him to come in which is fine he helps pump gas. Keeps the lot cleaned he does a lot but he won’t stay in hotel rooms for more than an hour. I use to give him money but he would loose it or have it taken so I found it better for me to buy the things he needs. He tells me four walls is no good for him. He likes to be called R. When I tell people I let him stock and organize they look at me funny and say aren’t you afraid of him stealing. I say no but in the beginning he was but he only took things he needed. After he saw the bag of food that first week he gave me back a half eaten box of Keebler crackers with all the wrappers still there. He said don’t call the cops. I told him if he shows up just to say hi and keeps the lot picked up I will make sure u have food.
Despicable behavior! AND they care about the homeless!! Brainless twits. Terror my foot, it wasn’t their idea, so it must be awful.
The city are greedy pieces of c**p. What the heck do they care with their big fat salaries and mansions. They will rot in hell for that.
